Welcome to Kayak Habit. We are dedicated to bringing you innovative ideas that will not only help to enable your own kayak habit, but will be environmentally friendly as well. All of our products are just that- ecologically sound. They are either organic, recycled, reused, locally produced, sustainable or have tiny little pieces of indigenous people in them (ok, not the last one). We are not 100% Green…. yet. We do promise to continually make progress in this area while bringing you fresh and fun ideas. We are a lighthearted company. We are serious about paddling and the environment, but we absolutely don’t take ourselves too seriously.
We are kayakers. We use our own products. And we want our children and grandchildren to be able to experience the joys of a whitewater lifestyle on the same rivers that we paddle today. A portion of all profits go to American Whitewater to support their mission of protecting our rivers. So whether you are buying our ground breaking Paddle Grip or slipping into some of our uber-cool Kayak Habit Vintage Threads apparel, you can relax knowing that you are keeping your carbon footprint as small as possible and purchasing a quality paddling product.
